Really Bad Power Point

Really Bad Power Point
A lot of Power Points are filled with bullets which make the presentation boring. Today, Power Point is used in everywhere like in school, church, company, etc. The reason why Power Point was created is to help engineers communicate with the marketing department and visa versa. However, communication means to help the readers or listeners understanding what the speaker talks about. Our brain has two parts of it which both should be used for giving a presentation. Often, people do not have so much time to present all the bullets which causes to a bad presentation. Logic is not enough to communicate instead you also need emotion. The most important reason why the people do a presentation is not to make others agreeing about the topic. It is to make a point of the topic and spread one or more ideas to the others.
Four Components To A Great Presentation
First, you should make a small note card that should not be seen on the screen. It should be used just for you and not for the audience.
Second, make slides that represent your words in different ways but do not repeat the words and stay in the same topic. Instead of doing a lot of bullets, you could use pictures too, which explains the theme, to make the presentation more interesting.
Third, you could create a written document and do first the presentation. Then you could show the document after you finished the presentation so the people do not have to write during you talk. It is important that you hand out the document after you are finished with talking because if you hand out it before you represent then the listeners will not listen to your speech because of reading the document.
Fourth, create a feedback cycle so you can make the presentation better in the next time.

Bullets Are For the NRA
Five important rules to make a fantastic presentation:
1) Do not use more than six words on a slide.
2) Use clear images that go to the topic.
3) No transition to a word.
4) Do not use the sounds from the program instead of it use from CDs.
5) Do not hand out the copied Power Point.
