Slide wares are everywhere and one of the slide wares is Microsoft PowerPoint which is used by most of the people in the world. It can be good for the speakers to use the slide ware but it can abuse the content but also the audience. Today, the students learn more about how to use a power point then learning a report. A lot of people use just 30 to 40 words on each slide which makes less information and wastes Sthe slides. It is easier to understand things if they are shown as combined or by side by side. People make graphs to show the comparison between things they want to show but it is unclear and does not really show the exact information that is talked about. The slide ware makes just prettier but does not really show the relationship with the topic which makes the meaning of the presentation unclear.
PowerPoint Is Not Evil
PowerPoint influences bad things but also a lot of good things. A lot of teachers use PowerPoint to teach the class. It is also easier to type a handout than writing each question on the board. You can write more things in a short time if you use the PowerPoint then blackboards, whiteboards, etc. A lot of teachers use animations and format the PowerPoint which make the students more interesting and take attentions from them. They also can send the presentation to the students to help them studying or preparing for the next class. PowerPoint is used for a lot of times for organizing things and to make the things clearer. The information can be edited in any time so the person does not have to write everything again. Therefore, using the PowerPoint makes the students to understand better and do not get confused with the topic that is talked about. It also makes all the people easier to organize their presentation and take less time.
